Every module is in every plan. Plans differ by how much work goes through them, not by which features you are allowed to use. Prices are per month without VAT.
Pay for a year before 31 March 2027 and keep half price for good
It is our thank you for coming in early. The discount of 50% applies to the plan and to seats, your prices are locked on the day you claim it, and later increases do not touch you. It lasts as long as your subscription runs without a break, and it survives changing plans. Monthly billing is always at the full list price, and the discount never applies to AI credits. After that date the price list changes for new companies.

Seats
The owner account is included in the plan. The sole trader plans are for one person; to give access to someone else you move to Tým, where each person has a seat: manager 490 CZK, staff 290 CZK, seasonal worker 90 CZK a month. Customers never pay a licence.
AI credits
One credit is 0,10 CZK. Sorting an e-mail costs 1, reading an invoice from a PDF or a photo 8. Every plan includes a monthly allowance; more come in packs from 490 CZK for 4 900 credits. You only pay for work the AI actually did.
What happens if you stop paying
- An unpaid subscription freezes the account on the renewal date. Your data stays, work stops. There is no read-only stage.
- We keep a frozen account for 90 days. Paying any time within them puts you back exactly where you left off.
- After 90 days the account is closed and the data deleted. Backups roll over within roughly two months.
- We never send debt collectors. An unpaid invoice is cancelled, not chased.
